What this tool does

A file merger joins the contents of several files into a single file. For CSV it keeps one header row and lines up columns by name, so exports from different days or tools combine cleanly.

How it works

  1. Upload the files you want to combine.
  2. Set their order with the arrow buttons and pick Text, CSV or JSON mode.
  3. Merge and download the single combined file.
Example: Upload "sales-jan.csv" and "sales-feb.csv" (both with the header date, product, amount), merge in CSV mode, and download one "merged.csv" with a single header row followed by every January and February row.
Yes. The file merger is completely free, with no signup, no watermark, and no limit on how many times you use it.
No installation is needed — it runs entirely in your browser, on desktop or mobile, and works the same way on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.
It merges plain-text files (TXT, LOG, MD and similar), CSV/TSV files (keeping one header row and lining up columns by name) and JSON files (combined into a single array). For PDFs, use the Merge PDF tool.
No. Your files are read and processed inside your browser and never leave your device, so nothing is stored, shared, or used for anything else.
Yes — "file merger" and "combine csv files" describe the same task. This page is built to handle that search directly, without redirecting you elsewhere.
