Plandorabox Tools is operated by Arknuo Ventures Private Limited (“Arknuo Ventures Private Limited”, “Arknuo Ventures”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a private limited company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013 (Corporate Identity Number U14109BR2024PTC072250), with its registered office at 355/303, Nepali Nagar, Ashiananagar, Phulwari, Patna – 800025, Bihar, India.
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of tools.plandorabox.com and the free tools available on it (together, the “Service”). It is written to meet the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA/CPRA”), together with other comprehensive U.S. state privacy laws that may apply to visitors from those states.
The content you upload, paste, type, or generate using our tools — files, images, text, audio, or video — is never stored, read, retained, sold, or used to train any model. Each tool processes your input only for as long as is needed to produce your result, either directly in your browser or on our servers for a single, transient operation, after which it is discarded. We do not keep a copy.
This is the single most important promise in this Policy, and every other section below is written to be consistent with it. Where a tool's processing happens on our servers rather than entirely in your browser, the uploaded content is held in memory only for the duration of that one request and is not written to persistent storage or backed up.
Plandorabox Tools does not require you to create an account, register, or log in to use any tool. We do not collect your name, email address, or a password to provide the Service. Where a future feature (such as a paid scheduling product) requires an account, that feature will be governed by a separate, clearly labelled privacy notice presented before you sign up — it will never be a silent extension of this Policy.
Like virtually every website, our servers and hosting/CDN providers automatically record a small amount of technical information with every request — your IP address, browser and device type (user-agent), the page or tool requested, and a timestamp. We use this solely to keep the Service secure, to prevent abuse (such as automated scraping or denial-of-service activity), and to enforce fair-use rate limits so the free tools remain available to everyone. These technical logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and are then automatically deleted, and they are never linked to the content of any file or text you processed.
We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies for analytics and to display advertising that keeps the Service free. This is described in full, including how to control or withdraw consent, in our Cookie Policy, which forms part of this Privacy Policy by reference. In summary:
Where you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, non-essential cookies (analytics and advertising) are only set after you give affirmative, opt-in consent through our cookie banner — see the Cookie Policy for details.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases under Article 6:
We do not sell your personal information. We share the limited technical and cookie-derived data described above only with:
Arknuo Ventures Private Limited is based in India. Where technical logs or cookie-derived data originating from users in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland are transferred to India or to a third-party processor located outside those regions — including Google, which provides our Google Analytics and Google AdSense services and processes data in the United States and elsewhere — we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under GDPR/UK GDPR. For Google specifically, this includes Google's own data processing terms for advertising and measurement products, which incorporate the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK's International Data Transfer Addendum) and, where applicable, Google's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
| Data | Retention |
|---|---|
| Uploaded/pasted content (files, text, images, audio, video) | Not retained — discarded immediately after your result is generated |
| Technical/security logs (IP, user-agent, timestamp) | Maximum 30 days, then automatically deleted |
| Analytics cookies | Per the retention period disclosed in the Cookie Policy for Google Analytics |
| Advertising cookies | Per the retention period disclosed in the Cookie Policy for Google Adsense |
All connections to the Service are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS). Because we do not retain the content you process, the practical exposure of a hypothetical breach is limited to the minimal technical logs described above. We nonetheless apply reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to that limited dataset. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or erasure; restrict or object to processing; request portability of data you provided; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal). Because we do not require an account and do not retain content, most of these requests will relate only to cookie-derived analytics/advertising data — the quickest way to exercise them is via the cookie-preferences control on the Site. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office).
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to: know what personal information is collected about you; request deletion; correct inaccurate information; opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (including for cross-context behavioural advertising); and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request where legally required. To submit a request, contact us using the details below.
We apply the privacy commitments in this Policy — in particular, never retaining your uploaded content — to all visitors regardless of location, even where local law does not separately require it.
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us (which, given that no account or content storage exists, would in practice mean cookie-derived data), please contact us so we can address it.
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, so we do not currently respond to Do Not Track signals differently, but we do honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) as noted above.
We may update this Policy from time to time, for example as we finalize specific analytics or advertising vendors. We will post the revised version here with an updated effective date, and where a change is material, we will provide a more prominent notice.
