You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Plandorabox Tools provides a collection of free, browser-based utility tools (for example, image, PDF, video, audio, text, QR code, colour, calculator, and clock tools) that process content you provide in order to return a result to you. No account or login is required.

You retain all ownership rights in the files, text, images, audio, and video you process through the Service (“Your Content”). Because we do not store Your Content beyond the moment needed to generate your result, we do not need, and do not take, any license to use, reproduce, or display Your Content beyond that transient technical processing. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the right to use it.
The Service, including its design, code, text, and the Plandorabox Tools name and logo, is owned by Arknuo Ventures Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our branding, trademarks, or underlying technology outside of your ordinary use of the Service.
Certain tools reference third-party platforms and their standard content dimensions or formats — for example, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Pinterest, and X (Twitter). These are trademarks of their respective owners. Plandorabox Tools is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of these companies; references to them are solely descriptive, to help you find the correct output specification for that platform.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of results. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
None of the tools on this Service — including the calculators — constitute financial, legal, medical, tax, or other professional advice. See our separate Disclaimer document for details specific to the calculator tools, in particular the EMI (loan) calculator.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arknuo Ventures Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed USD $10, given that the service is provided free of charge.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arknuo Ventures Private Limited, its officers, and employees from any claim arising from Your Content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
The Service may contain links to, or embed, third-party websites, advertisements, or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party.
We may add, modify, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid disrupting tools that are actively indexed and in common use, consistent with our product planning.
Since no account exists, “termination” for an individual user generally means we may block or rate-limit access from a given technical origin for a violation of the Acceptable Use section above. We may also suspend or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your own country of residence (which these Terms do not override), the courts at Patna, Bihar, India (under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
